What is it?

A power analysis survey and testing undertaken over a prolonged period of time (minimum one week) including: voltage evaluation, current flow review, power factor assessment, power consumption levels and harmonics testing (designed to help identify the source of any electrical problems).

Why do I need it?

The introduction of more complex equipment in the workplace has placed increased demands on traditional electrical systems. This creates fluctuations in the current drawn, which in turn can cause harmonic currents to travel to the outer edge of electrical conductors, resulting in a build-up of heat. You may also experience surges or spikes in the supply, causing circuit breakers to trip and power usage to increase.

Such problems result in reduced performance and can contribute to expensive and unnecessary equipment failure.
