Job Description
In accordance with the Procedures Manual (as amended from time to time):
- Carry out electrical tests and inspections to standards set by Calbarrie and in accordance with guidance note 3 of BS7671 including amendments
- Carry out remedial and installation work as required at the sites of Calbarrie clients
- Liaison with Operations Manager to ensure all work completed to Calbarrie standards
- Ensure all administrative tasks are carried out in an accurate and timely manner i.e. certificates and work to be handed into / posted to Milton Keynes office on a weekly basis
- Responsible for raising awareness through appropriate system of any health and safety concerns / dangers detected at Calbarrie clients sites / premises
- Responsible for upkeep of test equipment supplied to you – all test leads must comply with GS38 at all times
- Ensure call outs are responded to within set time limit
- All contracts to be kept up to date ensuring work packs are completed
- Ensure any customer complaints are recorded and actioned promptly
- Meet targets set by Line Manager
- Attend training courses as required and adhere to company operational and administrative procedures at all times.
- Any other Duties required set out by Line Manager including alternative work such as PAT testing in the event of a downturn in work within the electrical testing/installation side of the business. If this is found to be the case, full training will be provided.
