Job Description

In accordance with the Procedures Manual (as amended from time to time):

• Carry out portable appliance testing to standards set by Calbarrie and IEE regulations
• Liaison with Operations Manager to ensure all work completed to Calbarrie standards
• Ensure call outs are responded to within set time limit
• All contracts to be kept up to date ensuring work packs are completed
• Ensure any customer complaints are recorded and actioned promptly 
• Meet targets set by Line Manager
• Attend training courses as required and adhere to company operational and administrative procedures at all times.
• Any other Duties required set out by Line Manager
