Calbarrie Compliance Services Ltd has been awarded a two-year contract for the provision of Portable Appliance Testing services to Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service.

Calbarrie will be the single supplier for the provision of Portable Appliance Testing across all the sites owned by the Authority. The contract, which started on 1 November, has the option to be extended for a further two years.

Calbarrie, a specialist in the provision of electrical testing services across the UK, was directly awarded the contract following a best value assessment of suppliers. The contract award follows the supplier’s successful delivery of electrical testing services to the other emergency services across Devon and Somerset.
